Experienced Pizza Baker Needed for Extra Work at Rodolfino – Gamla Stan

Are you a passionate pizza baker with solid experience in baking Italian pizza, especially the classic Pizza Romana? We are looking for you to join our kitchen at Rodolfino, located right on Riddarhustorget!

At Rodolfino, pizza is our focus. We make everything from scratch with love and craftsmanship. Our dough is superb, and our ingredients are carefully selected to create the perfect balance of flavor, texture, and tradition. You will be responsible for the entire pizza process, from dough preparation to baking, ensuring that every pizza meets the highest quality standards.

We are looking for someone who:

• Has documented experience as a pizza baker.
• Is self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of taking full responsibility in the kitchen.
• Is passionate about Italian pizza and can handle both classic and creative variations.
• Has the energy and willingness to contribute to a workplace where passion for pizza is central.
• Can assist with related tasks such as salads, pastries, and desserts when needed.
• You must have a Swedish personal identity number (personnummer) or coordination number (samordningsnummer).

The position is for extra work during the summer of 2026, with a focus on the high season. It is a busy period where we need someone who can maintain the pace and uphold quality.
